At a glance
- We aim to make the website usable for as many people as possible.
- Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA; improvement is ongoing.
- Report barriers by email — we respond within a few working days.
- At our Neubaugasse address: contact us before a visit to discuss access and assistance.
1. Scope
This statement applies to the public website mumbocetra.click operated by Mumbocetra GmbH («Mumbocetra»), Neubaugasse 40, 1070 Wien. It covers HTML pages, forms, navigation and media we host ourselves.
Legal context includes the European Accessibility Act where applicable, national transposition of the Web Accessibility Directive and, as good practice reference, Austrian equality law for the public sector.
2. Conformance status
We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The 2026 site focuses on keyboard use, sufficient contrast, scalable type, logical headings, meaningful link text and a skip link to main content.
Full conformance with every success criterion is not verified in all details yet; see «Known limitations». We improve based on testing and feedback.
3. Implemented measures
- Semantic HTML with a single
mainlandmark and heading hierarchy on service and guide pages (guides, services). - Visible labels and error handling on the contact form.
- Cookie banner operable by keyboard with equally weighted actions (cookie policy).
- Self-hosted fonts — no Google Fonts CDN dependency.
- Alternative text on key images per our image specification.
4. Known limitations
External content we link to (e.g. OpenStreetMap on contact) is outside our control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
Decorative motion on the home page respects prefers-reduced-motion where supported; behaviour varies by browser. Wide price tables on service pages scroll horizontally — we mark scroll regions where possible.
The studio is in a period building in Vienna 1070. Steps, narrow corridors or heavy doors may be difficult with a wheelchair. Call 01 966 12 34 before your visit — we discuss assistance or alternatives.
5. Feedback and contact
If you encounter a barrier, email [email protected] with the page URL and a short description (browser, OS and assistive tech help). We acknowledge receipt and usually reply within 2 working days with a fix plan or reasoned extension.
Responsible: Mumbocetra GmbH, managing director Lukas Brandstetter. Studio hours: Tuesday–Friday 9:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00. Closed Sunday and Monday..
6. Enforcement
If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the competent enforcement body in Austria depending on the case — we do not name fictional mediation services.
Consumers may also contact Arbeiterkammer Wien or Verein für Konsumenteninformation (VKI), as noted in our terms on disputes.
7. Preparation of this statement
Prepared on 15 October 2026 based on self-assessment and internal testing. Last reviewed 15 October 2026. Next planned review: within twelve months of 15 October 2026 or after major layout changes.
