After you accept the quote in writing and the 30% deposit reaches us. Until then the slot may be offered to someone else.

By default 2 working days from sending, unless the quote states another date. After that, price or availability may be recalculated.

Yes — we summarise the call in writing and email the quote for confirmation. Without email acceptance and deposit the date stays open.

When the calendar shows free capacity, yes. Short-notice bookings follow the same cancellation rules — see terms.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card at the studio by agreement. Business clients get 14 days from invoice date.

List rates (e.g. €98 per hour for Vocals & singing or €195 per track for Stem mixing) are guidance. The accepted quote including 20% VAT is binding.

Free cancellation or move; deposit refunded. Please notify us in writing — email is enough.

The deposit may be kept as a flat effort charge if the slot cannot be rebooked. One move within three months is possible by agreement — terms.

Consumers on distance contracts have 14 days under Austrian FAGG, with exceptions once bespoke production has started. Form and notes in our terms.

Tuesday–Friday 9:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00. Closed Sunday and Monday. Sessions are by appointment so setup and export are not rushed.

Take U-Bahn line U3 to Neubaugasse; from there it is about a 4-minute walk along Neubaugasse. Tram lines 49 and 13 also stop at Neubaugasse or Siebensterngasse, each a short walk away. From Wien Westbahnhof, U3 is one stop towards Simmering. Address: Neubaugasse 40, 1070 Wien.

One or two people in the control room are usually fine. Larger groups please announce in advance — especially for Band in the live room.

Extensions only with your consent and if the next booking allows. Extra time is charged pro rata per the quote.

Lyrics ready, reference tracks as files, arrive rested. See our vocal prep guide for a checklist.

Typically 24-bit WAV at your project sample rate (often 48 kHz). Mix/master exports as agreed; for Stem mixing see delivering stems. Please avoid lossy masters as source files — we only convert when you explicitly ask.

Download link or your drive. Large band sessions include export time before the slot ends.

24 months after the last service, then deletion — keep your own backups. Longer archive only by written agreement.

2 bundled revision rounds per mix or master job. Further rounds are quoted separately.

Yes when agreed in the quote. Standard delivery is the agreed exports (stems or mixdowns), not every interim project file.

You are economically entitled to recordings you paid for unless agreed otherwise — see terms. You remain responsible for samples and lyrics rights.

Yes, with consent to fixation and use. See guest releases.

No. We do not train models on client audio and do not clone voices without separate written permission.

Only with your written consent. Portfolio use is not automatic part of the fee.
